Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag

Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag (2013) is set in the Caribbean around 1715, in the golden age of piracy. You play Edward Kenway, a Welsh privateer who becomes a pirate captain and is drawn into the war between the Assassins and the Templars almost by accident.

The sea is as big a part of the game as the land. With your ship, the Jackdaw, you sail between Havana, Kingston, Nassau and dozens of small islands, fight naval battles, take over forts and hunt whales. On land you climb Mayan ruins, dive for shipwrecks and meet pirates such as Blackbeard, Charles Vane and Mary Read.

Edward is in search of the Observatory, a place that lets you see through anyone's eyes. The Freedom Cry DLC is a separate story about his quartermaster Adewale in Haiti.
