Terms of spellenplaza.nl

About this site

spellenplaza.nl is a site about games and walkthroughs, run as a hobby. Looking around is free and needs no account. These terms apply when you create an account, post in the Community or send something in.

Your account

• One account per person. Do not share it and keep your password to yourself.
• Choose a username that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else or the site itself.
• If you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian before you create an account.
• You can delete your account yourself at any time, on your account page.

What is not allowed

• Trying to get into someone else's account or into parts of the site that are not meant for you.
• Creating accounts in bulk, or using scripts to sign up or sign in.
• Anything that harms the site or other visitors, or that breaks the law.

An account that does this can be blocked or removed without warning.

The Community

Members can start topics and reply to them. What you post is public and is shown with your display name.

• Respect everyone. Be kind, also when you disagree. No insults, threats or hate.
• Mark spoilers: say it in the title when a topic gives away an ending.
• No spam, no advertising, and no links to pirated games, ROMs or cracks.
• No personal details of yourself or others, and nothing that is against the law.
• Only post text you wrote yourself.

What you write stays yours. By posting it you allow spellenplaza.nl to show it on this site. Moderators can hide, remove or close topics and posts that break these rules, and can move a topic to another category. If you delete your account, your posts stay on the site without your name; ask us by email if you want them removed too.

What you send in

If you send in a video, it has to be one you recorded yourself. By sending it in you allow spellenplaza.nl to publish it on its YouTube channel and on this site, with your name. You can ask us to remove it again at any time.

Games, covers and videos of others

The names and covers of games belong to their publishers. The walkthrough videos on this site belong to the people who made them and play through YouTube. Are you a creator and would you rather not have your video listed here? Send an email and we take it off.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the site working and correct, but it is offered as it is. Pages, features and accounts can change or stop.

Your data

What the site stores about you, and what it does not, is on the Privacy page.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Questions? Send an email to info@reggae.eu.
